Easy Hummus

 

I like a quick and easy afternoon snack that is both filling and tasty.

Here is my easy recipe for hummus.

This can be made and eaten straight away, or prepared in advance.

Ingredients

Chickpeas (1 x 400g tin, drained)
Garlic (2 cloves, roughly chopped)
1/2 Lemon (Juice)
3 tbsp Tahini Paste
6 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt (to taste)

Method

Throw everything in your blender and blitz until you get the consistency you want.
You can add more tahini paste, lemon juice or olive oil to suit your taste.

Serve with vegetable crudités or pitta bread or have with salad leaves.
